Where can I purchase your ornaments?

• • • You can buy my ornaments, DIY kits, and PDF tutorials in my shop
    • You can also visit my Etsy page for more amazing handmade creations!
    • I am also going to begin offering individual items such as charms, pins, pre-cut fabric and ribbon in the coming months,  so be sure to check back!

Do you accept custom orders?

• • • Custom orders are on a case by case basis, just shoot me an email at theornamenteer@gmail.com, or contact me on my Etsy page, and I’ll be happy to work with you!

Can I design my own ornament and buy the raw materials?

• • • Yes! I will be stocking my shop with raw materials in the coming months, offering a huge variety of pre-cut fabric, ribbon, pins, charms, etc.

How long does it take you to create an ornament from start to finish?

• • • this will vary depending on which design I am doing, but on average it takes me about 2.5-3 hours to make an ornament from start to finish

How much material does it take to make an ornament?

• • • Generally, it takes about ¼ of yard of whatever material you are using.

What is included in your DIY Kits?

• • • My DIY ornament kits include everything you need to make a completed ornament. It includes everything from the foam shape and straight pins, to the fabric and ribbon, to the decorations and embellishments. After your purchase, you will also receive an email containing the complete instructions in a PDF format.

What is included in your PDF tutorials?

• • My tutorials offer compete step-by-step instructions with TONS of pictures to make it easy to follow. The best part is that once you’ve purchased one of my PDF tutorials you will have the instructions for life.

How do I download your tutorials?

• • After you’ve completed your purchase, the “order confirmation” page will come up; you can download the tutorials directly from that page. Additionally, you will also receive a confirmation email that will have a link to the downloadable items in it.
  • If you do not receive these emails, or you cannot download the tutorial for any reason, please contact me at theornamenteer@gmail.com so that I can fix the problem as soon as possible!

Can I sell the ornaments I make using your tutorials & patterns?

• • • Of course you can! In my experience these ornaments sell very well—my peak season is Christmas, but I also have very good sales throughout the year since I create ornaments for any season and occasion!
